Refund Policy for Maatee Organic

1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable:
2. Our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged (see point 2).
3. Damaged Products:

2. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
3. We will promptly refund the amount for the damaged item and If approved we will refund the entire amount on your registered Bank Account with 7-14 working days.
4. To initiate the refund process, send written communication to care@maateeorganic.com along with proper proof (such as clear photos of the damaged product).
5. Your Order Cancellation Rights

3. You are entitled to cancel Your Order before delivery without giving any reason for doing so. We will Refund Your Money 7-10 Working Days.
4. The deadline for cancelling an Order is before dispatch day,  Ones the package is handover to carrier, takes possession of the product cancellation wont be possible. 
5. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
